About Your Therapist
Sandra Orr, MA, LMFT
After years in Corporate America, I chose to follow my passion for helping others discover their strengths, purpose, and potential. I pursued Marriage and Family Therapy because I believe our experiences, relationships, and family systems play a significant role in shaping our character, beliefs, and emotional well-being.
As a Psychotherapist, my mission is to use my education, knowledge, and life experience to help individuals break free from emotional barriers and create a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful. I strive to help clients rediscover hope, build inner strength, and make positive changes within themselves, their relationships, family dynamics, and careers. My passion is helping others reconnect with themselves, and if in a relationship, with their significant other or family.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked with at-risk families, survivors of domestic violence, individuals, couples, and those experiencing pet loss and grief.
